Everything you need to know about how we manage deliveries at Firebrew.

How will my order be packaged?

All our orders are packed in double-walled, seperated boxes to protect each and every can and bottle we ship.

What comes in the box?

The beer! Along with a personalised packing note (we're all about making friends), detailing the beers in the box, any gift message you've included and occasionally, some awesome promotional things from us or our partners.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is free for anywhere mainland UK when you spend £50 or more. For any orders under £50, our standard delivery charge is £4.95.

If you're in a remote location, this delivery charge may vary. When placing your order, we'll let you know the delivery cost from the delivery address.

Will I need my ID to accept the delivery?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, the delivery driver may ask for proof of age before being able to complete the delivery.

How can I track my order?

You can head over to your account area and check your order status under the Deliveries tab.

DHL will also email or text you updates as your order moves through their network.

How quickly can you deliver?

If you order by 1pm, we dispatch the same day. All our deliveries are handled by DHL and in most cases, will be with you the next day.

If the delivery address is a remote location, it may take 48 hours for your delivery to arrive.

When placing your order, we'll let you know the expected delivery date based on the delivery address.

One of my products was damaged

We're really sorry. As much as we lovingly pack our boxes, sometimes accidents happen in transit. Get in touch with us and we'll make it right!

Do you deliver internationally?

Right now, we can only deliver within the UK, but watch this space!
